The employees are offered the opportunity to share their ideas on their work, environment and everything that refers to the company.

Private Pension Plan

The employees pay a monthly amount that will be used as an income complement after they retire. The company subsidizes part of this monthly amount.

Professional Appreciation System

The system offers the employees the following: Structure of Company Positions, Remuneration Policy, Benefits Program and a Development Program that allows them to develop their human and professional potential through continuous learning and work production in line with the objectives of the company, customer needs and community development.

“Here you can Grow” Program

A Program aimed at the employees and interns of Randon Companies. New vacancies are offered to them, who put forward their names and participate in a selection procedure. Vacancies will be opened to external candidates only when it is not possible to fill them internally.

Tribute for Time in the Company

Employees who celebrate 25, 35 and 40 years in the Company are paid a tribute and receive prizes.

Monthly Meetings with Employees

These meetings are the best way to promote interaction between the management and the employees. They aim to inform employees about topics such as: strategic planning, market, competition, presentation of projected and accomplished sales volumes, and others.

Physical Exercises At Work

Strength and warm-up stretches are part of this program that seeks to restore the physical and mental balance of the employees.

Growing Program

This Program includes different projects aimed at promoting the continual development of the employees. Among them are:

  • Incentive to Education: the employees are encouraged to acquire knowledge as a way to grow individually and professionally. The employees receive a financial aid that helps them to take courses at the Graduation, Post graduation, Technical Specialization, Master’s Degree and Language Courses levels;
  • Integration Program of New Employees: new employees receive all information they need for the good performance of their functions, in addition to receiving the company’s welcome;
  • Team Performance Model (TPM): it develops people’s creative potential, promoting the development of leaders and teamwork.

In addition to these, the company develops other programs to assure the development of the employees` working abilities: Development of Managing People, Technological Training, Professional Qualification and Technical Visits.

“Handling Life Well” Program

It is certified by the UN (the United Nations) and seeks to value life through programs against the use of drugs, in addition to stimulating good and healthy habits.

Profit Sharing Program

As the name tells, this is a program that allows the employees to receive a percentage on the company’s profits
